Cancellation policy:

The payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit by bank transfer confirms you reservation.
The outstanding 50% is to be paid by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled on your behalf within 30 days of arrival the total amount is charged.
If the reservation should be cancelled on our behalf at any time, 100% refund is guaranteed.

A security deposit of 250€ is due in cash at arrival and will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the property.

Check-in time is between 16h and 22h.
